How long does it take to process, ship and receive an order? What is the shipping fee?

During checkout, our site will allow you to select the time you want the doll received in. The time and the fee depend on the option you select. The options for a bobblehead are as below:

• Standard sculpting (ships within 3 weeks, proofing) Sculpting Price+$0 + $19.00 DHL Shipping cost
• Urgent sculpting (ships within 15 days, proofing) Sculpting Price+$9.9 + $19.00 DHL Shipping cost
• Super urgent sculpting (ships within 10 days, proofing) Sculpting Price+$19 + $19.00 DHL Shipping cost
• Wow, I need it now (ships within 5 days, no proofs) Sculpting Price+$29 + $19.00 DHL Shipping cost

* In most cases we can deliver your bobbleheads according to the time frame you seleted. We send photos to you during production for approval, if any delays in receipt of approval of the proof or changes to the proof are requested, additional time may be needed to complete the job.

* We ship all the bobblehead dolls via FedEx and DHL, you may get your bobbleheads within 2-4 days after shipped.

Refund and exchange:
The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 70-90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique.
Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... refund and return base on the following conditions:
A, You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to custom made your bobbleheads and show you the first proofs.
B, Once we begin your order, only 50% payment + shipping cost refund if you want to cancel your order - please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.
C, We do care about your experience to order online with us, now, you can be protected by our " "0" risk order online policy " -- If you find it not as described when you get your package in hand within 7 days, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid.
